Alejandra and Carlos | Wedding Arequipa

Weddings always take our breath away... but this one took more than that... why?... well, because we photographed Alejandra together with her mom and daughter few years ago and now ... she chose us to photograph her civil wedding! We are full of joy because they made us part of this very special moment. Ale and Calin are an espectacular couple and were surrounded by wonderful people, family and close friends, who made this day unforgettable.

The post wedding session was super cool! Surrounded by a beautiful landscape, we laughed, played and even were detectives when we lost Ale's sunglasses... luckily we found them :)

Thanks again guys for letting us capturing this unique event. We wish you lot of happiness and a .... happily ever after 

Cecilia

The other day I was looking for something and came across this old hat in one of the boxes. Not giving it much attention I put it back and moved on. But the hat was coming back to my mind every so often. When Cecilia mentioned she had a new piece of lingerie I instantly knew that the hat would come in handy. I talked to Cecilia about the idea and luckily she agreed to give it a go. Super happy with the results. What do you think?

Ratshel

Ratshel is a young beautiful lady. She wanted to capture images that she would not only be able to share with her family but also for her - stop the time and remember how beautiful she felt when she was this young. This was the first time for Ratshel to have a photograph taken so there was no surprise she was a little bit nervous. After few moments she got very relaxed and comfortable and rocked it for the rest of the session, don't you think?

Luz and Victor | Wedding Arequipa

Today I want to share with you few images from Luz and Victor's wedding. They both were getting ready at Queen Villa's Hotel in Arequipa. Victor brought his dad with him to help him to get ready for the big day. Their bond and connection are very strong. Victor was very nervous as the time "T" was approaching. When his friends saw him like that they tried to cheer him up. Many jokes and some beer helped Victor to relax and we had a lot of fun.

Luz arrived few moments after Victor got ready, because she went to get her hair and make up done in a Spa. While waiting for her, we used our time to take some detail shots. Luz also brought her mom and closest friends with her to help her dressing up. After she put the dress and shoes on, few last touch ups with a mascara and lipstick and we were ready to go.

The religious ceremony was held in the small San Lazaro's church in the centre of Arequipa. After that we all went to Las Tapas Restarurant where they celebrated the party which finished very late at night.

I am really happy to call you now my friends. Congratulations.

Virginia and José | Wedding Arequipa

Finally the big day is here!! After many weeks of hard work, preparation and checking every detail, Virginia and Jose had their dream wedding.

It was wonderful to see how these, now husband and wife support each other all the time. Virginia is one of the bravest women we have known and Jose is his rock.

Surrounded by family and friends from Arequipa and Puno, they celebrated their happy marriage with a big party. Definitely a day we will all remember as a special one.

Luz and Victor | Engagement Arequipa

Las sesiones pre-boda son geniales, nos permiten conocer mejor a los novios y que ellos se sientan en más confianza con nosotros, nos divertimos y la pasamos super bien.

La sesión pre-boda de Luz y Víctor, quienes por cierto fueron los ganadores del concurso que organizamos algún tiempo atrás, fue un éxito total.

Víctor Hugo es súper divertido y siempre sabe como arrancarle una sonrisa a Luz, esa sonrisa que lo enamora cada día más.

Ellos tienen 8 años juntos y se conocieron en Puno mientras estudiaban en la Universidad, cuando Luz vino a Arequipa, Víctor la siguió y literalmente, nunca la dejó :) 

La bella conexión entre ellos lo dice todo.  Estamos super ansiosos y emocionados por documentar cada detalle del día de su boda.

Brian and Janeth

Super excited because I had an opportunity to photograph generations again. Brian came for a photoshoot with his mom Janeth. Both of them are very smily people so I don't need to point out how much fun we had.  We captured images that Brian would use for his personal branding. But what really makes my heart sing are the photographs showing the connection and love between mom and a son. Those are the images that will be treasured and cherished for generation to come. That's what I believe in.

Stefany

Stefany is one of the sexiest girls we have known. Working with her was super easy and fun. There is not much to say, we believe that when you see her images you will agree with us when we say that this lady is espectacular. She rocked every moment. What do you think?

“While I was on my way to the studio I was a bit nervous. I have already had some experience with other photographers. Because I knew this photoshoot would be different from anything I had done before I did not have much expectations. Still, I was wondering what the images would look like. I can say that it was an out of ordinary experience, far from “traditional photoshoot”.
During the session I felt very comfortable, at ease and pampered. And a little bit tired. But the results at the end - absolutely worth it! When I saw my images - wwwooowww. I was so surprised. From all the sessions I have had I enjoyed this one the most. It really exceeded any of my expectations. Jiri and Cecilia made me look naturally beautiful and I loved every part of it.”

Italo

Last week we had an opportunity to photograph Italo. He was our first male model.  Italo is 17 years old and recently went to a casting for a local agency. He wants to have a career as a model and moderator.  This is what he has always dreamt about. He's got a charisma, energy and great personality.  We shot several of looks so he has variety necessary for the agency. I definitely had a fun with that session. Good luck Italo on your way as a model.

Andrea

You are beautiful because you are women. Because your eyes reflect your strength, your spirit, and your eyes are the window to the soul. We had a shoots with Andrea. She is a singer at a rock band called "Brunettes". She has a personality of a real rocker. And she is very confident young woman. We had a great day. We laughed a lot and created some very nice images that show this wonderful lady's personality.

“First thing that came to my mind when I saw the presentation of my photos was how they were made up. It was great. I had to work hard during the session but I must say that it was worth it. I love the results. I must admit that from all the photoshoots I have had, this one has been an incredible one. Especially because Jiri and Cecilia are so cool that I felt comfortable and trusted them from very beginning. It felt like I had known them for long time. They make a great team. I have truly enjoyed working with them. I also remember that I could not have imagined what the pictures would look like. Honestly, I did not think they would look that great. I got exited about myself and thought that every person on the planet was wonderful just the way they were. We all have an essence that makes us unique. It is a magical feeling. I have fell in love with myself again. It made me think that the first love is the one that you feel for yourself. That kind of love no one should loose because it would mean to loose yourself. From the heart I say that this is the thing you need to experience before you die. You won’t regret. On the contrary you will feel wonderful. You will see yourself on a beautiful photograph that will remind you what your value is and that you deserve everything you want.”

As soon as Elsa enters a room you can feel the vibe, enthusiasm and strength of this woman. Elsa is a successful business person, owner of very well known Spa in Arequipa. She is also a proud mother and cool friend to have. Her photoshoot was a little different as I photographed not only contemporary portraits but also images for her personal branding - images to be used to promote herself as a business person. Great session, thanks Elsa.

Yasmin

Yasmin is a beautiful young woman. She studies psychology and works as a model at the same time. She knew from very beginning what she wanted. During our first meeting and consultation Yasmin told me she wanted professional photos that would reflect her personality and show who she actually was. It is not easy to relax in front of the camera and let your true yourself come forward but she rocked it, don't you think?

This time we had an opportunity to photograph generations - mom, daughter and grandchild. I adore those sessions as they show the love in a family across generations.  Today, more than ever I am sure that inner beauty reflected outside shines more than a diamond. Super proud to share Durinda's images from her contemporary portrait session. Everything was perfect - from the dresses she had brought with her to poses and expressions. Durinda let her inner light shine through from very beginning. We not only had a lot of fun and laugh but also were able to capture images that showed her real personality and beauty.  

Giuliana

It was the second time that our friend Giuliana visited us for a photoshoot. This time though we purely focused on photographing her. We had a blast and I feel very proud and happy with results. And so did Giuliana. She loved her contemporary portraits so much.

Today, I had a photoshoot with Cecilia. Instead of bothering you with all the technical details I rather let Ceci to tell you how she felt about all that.  

"This morning after a mom's routine (waking up Vale for school, preparing breakfast and lunchbox etc.) I started getting ready for having one of the most incredible experiences of my life - I realized that a little later that day.

As many of you, I have been photographed literally thousands of times. Either as a need for my ID, job, etc or those snapshots from parties, family meetings - just stuff like that.  But not today. This time my boyfriend wanted to capture me the way he sees me. And so he did. He captured the side of me I never believed I had.

Today I had a photoshoot only to feel beautiful.

Clothing, hair and make up done together with Jiri's talent and patience resulted in ...

I am completely in love with my images and very happy to live the experience. I felt like a cover girl for one day.
